Get used to seeing this. And by this I mean eggplant. I think every single dish we're made in superior cuisine so far has had eggplant in it. There are very few foods I dislike, in fact the only one that comes to mind is eggplant. I just don't like it one bit. I always try it for the sake of giving it a chance, but there has been only one time in my life that I have eaten it and actually enjoyed it. Thank you Perilla. This is a weird fish situation on top of eggplant. And fricaseed artichoke on the side. Weird.
