I spoke too soon

So I lied, this dish doesn't actually have eggplant in it. It's a pot au feu with monkfish, veggies, and weird chewy gnocchi. Bizarre. We turned tiny little veg for this, which has actually become my favourite turning size. Baby turned carrots and potatos. So cute.
