This is the Nid Abeille...beehive, bee's nest, whatever. It's sticky and honey flavoured and it's insanely delicious. It has honey mousse surrounding frozen/jelly strawberry coulis with 2 almond biscuit layers and an extra crispy almond cookie-like situation on top, propped up by fresh strawberries. It's pretty yum, and unique. It's a nice change from the shiny chocolate mousse cake, no? Though there are more shiny chocolate mousse cakes, never fear.
